I thought they vowed no negotiations until all Russians are expelled from Ukraine. (At which point, why would negotiations be necessary?)

IIRC, Blinken have been dropping hints of this before. Perhaps NATO realized they cannot meet their original objectives as this "gas station masquerading as a country" is proving to be far more resilient than expected. AFAIK, there's no agreement among NATO members on what to do next. It's going to be interesting to see how Zelenskyy and his "friends" react when thrown under the bus.

In the latest Warcast podcast, M. Koffman opines that Ukraine has an artillery advantage over Russia in the current offensive.

Furthermore, he stated that Ukraine is yet to commit the bulk of its Western trained and equipped forces. In his opinion they are waiting to see which of the two principal axii of advance will produce breakthrough opportunities and will only then commit their main force.

I agree with the second paragraph but the first one is pretty questionable imo especially factoring Russian airpower in, though I'm not sure if that counts in his categorization.
