The War in the Ukraine

Honestly, if the UAF could partly reenact what the PVA did in the Korean war, I honestly think they might have some success with that lol.

With that said, the conditions of even trying to imitate the PVA isn't really there lol.
And, hm I suppose now theres a lot more stuff to help Russia with fighting in the night, so maybe not even.
Any massing of troops will be Iskanderised madly... Only win for Ukraine would be keeping a part of the south to access maritime shipping routes. Keeping Odessa would be a big one, the Russian will probably push for it after securing Donesk and luhansk. If Ukraine continue throwing their troops in the east they will have nothing left to protect the coast.

No it wouldn't work. PVA fought in very mountainous terrain which allowed light infantry to constantly sneak around enemy positions and launch assault from multiple direction. Ukraine is very flat and not suitable for that sort of tactics. Donbas is like the only part of Ukraine with a little bit of hill.

Because the 2nd tweet is spin due to the account being pro Russian. The reality is the Ukrainians are planning a big counteroffensive

But Russians can feel free to continue underestimating the Ukrainians even though out of the six fronts of the war, the Russians have been completely defeated in three, almost completely defeated in a fourth, stalemate in a fifth, and making incremental gains in only one front.
There is no such thing as defeat at this point. unless you have verifiable manpower losses on each side with quality of personal out of action. dumped and destroyed equipment is not indication of manpower losses as certain percentage of equipment not recoverable.
Fighting near the cities but not entering cities strategy already tested in Syria. infact creating fake race force other side to move even faster and make mistake.

“We are not in a big hurry to reach Raqqa,” he said. “All the details of the military plan prepared with the help of Russian and Iranian advisers have been designed with great precision, taking into account the need to secure the areas that are liberated and to thwart any possible counter-attacks… In fact, our forces sustained such retaliations more than once and succeeded in controlling the situation.”
