How did they fly a drone all the way on top of the Kremlin?? Surely there are rings and rings of AA around Moscow.
It looks like the type of drone you can hide in a backpack and fly from anywhere around the vicinity of the Red Square. It isn't a long range one.
Well it's not a full circle. For that class of UAV it can fly low and exploit the gaps. This is example of Pantsyr Coverage in Moscow, from the building. flying 30-40 meters you can see many gaps which you can exploit.
