Are you sure that's a HIMARS? It looks different from both the regular and armored cab. Naked HIMARS:
It looks like that one, if it's a HIMARS has an armored cab but not the regular one we expect.
Could be HIMARS or it could be a logistics truck or howitzer tow truck, i am not sure i have seen any unarmoured HIMARS i have seen footage of armoured ones in ukraine though. The Cab looks a bit different to the image below do they have different armour kits as well?
It is a standard M1083 that was carrying rocket boosters for the M777's, according to one of the OSINT accounts.

Yeah i reckon it is as i don't think i've ever seen a HIMARS with a standard FMTV Cab, i've seen plenty of footage of m777 getting smacked so i would say it just an unlucky FMTV.

During his online address at the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos on Jan. 19, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he was not "entirely sure" that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is still alive and makes decisions in Russia.
"I don't quite understand who to talk to and about what. I'm not sure that Russia's president, who sometimes appears against the chroma key is really him," Zelensky responded when asked about the possibility of peace talks.
It is not HIMARs, but there is good 600-1200k worth of missile burning.
More painfull than loose an empty HIMARS launcher.
I think the sudden rush to provide Ukraine with MBT's might be related to several factors but the most critical ones might be related to the sudden influx of T-90M's which can make thigs lopsided as its evident Ukraine has lost much of its tank fleet and the majority of what they have captured, they can't put back into service.
This will make it difficult to launch any offensives for the coming months until the summer hardens the ground enough to launch more jihadi charges with technicals and currently also makes things difficult to mount a defense should the north offensive happen as the equipment they have sitting in that border seems to be a mismatch of captured equipment with old ammo.
