Judging from what I've heard and read, probably not too far off (as far as Halo goes)
The difference is that you have many more of these posts networked and feeding into a computer system to process the data to give more precise locations.
Penicillin sounds like it is adding some additional sensors, but considering that large mast, acoustic will probably give the strongest data.
I think the response time of Halo is quite good. I heard anecdotally that it was able to muster a response from M777 vs. Mortars/Rockets fired from Technicals and able to wipe out the militants before they could scoot off.
Once opposition militants realized that the response was that quick, they only launched by timer/remote control.

you don't need to worry, it won't be needed to conscript neither women nor poles anytime soon.Two of the crew survived after two ATGM hits and cook off... they are lucky ! We have seen multiple video of crew getting out after tank disabling and destruction of T-72 too. T-64 have even ammo in the front near the driver... they need to be fast like hell to get out alive !
I suspect there's not going to be a new offensive from Belarus:
