Whether it is civilian airport or not, that's one less potential runway and apron for PAF to operate on, at least for a week if not more.

Several hours of work under wartime conditions...(granted, later you'll probably have to redo such repairs).
Yeah a prepared and trained ground crew can repair that kind of runway crater in much less than a week. Of course if this is a civilian airport it's possible they don't have such crews available but that would also imply the PAF doesn't really intend to do much that airport so we're back to square 1.
To really disable a runway you will need cluster munitions. They will need to carefully removed unexploded devices before repaving anything.

F-35s are not impossible for J-10CE to handle. It's just a matter of the whole system including ground radar, AWACs support and even drone networking. I'm not worried about India getting F-35 at all. It'll take them a decade to get anything delivered and it will be the most watered down piece of shit ever, sold to them at some $450M per plane because that's the calculation right now of the reward necessary to make it worthwhile to take the reputational risk and the espionage risk of putting a jet that America actually cares about in the hands of Indians. It'll have a daily activation code India needs to call for to unbrick it. Lockheed be like, "What you need it for today?" India be like, "Fight Pakistan." Lockheed be like, "No, hug it out." There is a controversial theory in China that Vance goaded Indians into performing a false flag operation and then attacking Pakistan to gauge the effectiveness of Chinese military arms. Of course there is scant proof for this.

we all here talk about PL15, though probably PAF is operating more awacs or other
platforms comparable to these awacs, in the end it’s all related with your electronic and surveillance
and execute at the right time. im Sure in coming years ( & I can’t understand why not having Israeli help in this line ) before india induct 5th Gen they will have more robust awacs and other system online before going after PAF assets

My guess is that Pakistan was planning a large-scale coordinated attack on strategic Indian facilities using quasi-strategic weaponry (think Ra'ad, Babur, or MRBMs) or vice versa, which raises the risk of nuclear escalation. Keep in mind that Pakistan does not have a no-first-use policy. It's possible that Pakistan downgraded their plans to taking pot shots at IAF bases following US intervention.
Another possibility is that the US was concerned about its personnel that are present at select PAF bases and their administration caught wind of an IAF plan to attack those bases (or a Pakistani plan that could foment such retaliation).
