Those types have long pride themselves of supplying the US military their 5.56mm munitions, so "rigging" means their own QC has problems...which reminds me of those Made-in-Taiwan pagers exploded in Lebanon just last month...I know, there's nothing "accidental" nor that the Golden Apollo was "duped" into that op.
