Turns out the most common man portable AT weapon, the NCSIST developed Kestrel rocket launcher's commonly quoted 400mm penetration is not actually RHA but low carbon steel. When converted to RHA it only has 270mm penetration.
Your average RPG-7 HEAT round has like 500mm of RHA penetration, specialized tandem warhead rounds like Yassin 105 can have up to 750mm RHA penetration.
