This bit of news came to light recently, Yankee mentioned it again yesterday as a joke which reminded me:

Turns out the most common man portable AT weapon, the NCSIST developed Kestrel rocket launcher's commonly quoted 400mm penetration is not actually RHA but low carbon steel. When converted to RHA it only has 270mm penetration.

Your average RPG-7 HEAT round has like 500mm of RHA penetration, specialized tandem warhead rounds like Yassin 105 can have up to 750mm RHA penetration.

賴重宇2022年10月31日起，亦以手機翻拍所任職211營機密資料後轉傳予中共情工人員，嗣其於2022年10月31日調離原任職單位，遂「呷好 倒相報」引介同單位的黎育爾，黎育爾自去年2月間起，以手機翻拍211營機密資料後轉傳予中共情工人員；黎亦因將退伍，再引介學弟林裕凱，改由林自今年1月間起，以手機翻拍所任職211營機密後轉傳予中共情工人員。

另自去年3、4月間起至8月間，陳文豪先以化名探詢其他同袍有無意願提供軍中資料賺取報酬後，將多名現役軍人聯繫方式轉傳被告賴重宇，再由賴重宇轉傳予黃男或中共情工人員，但這些現役軍人拒絕，不過賴重宇、陳文豪仍可依其提供軍中資料之機敏程度，及所聯繫現役軍人人數，而獲取相關報酬。

Mole also tried to develop further sources among current serving members but were turned down. (seems like they didn't report them immediately to counterintelligence though).
