I thought the Russians ran away?

Must have accidentally run away to above the terror bases and accidentally shitted some bombs out of fear.

After such a long war, it's the first time I've heard Russia has improved in status to become like the most moral army in the world. ICC warrant voiding incoming soon?

Iranians can't trust assad:

BEIRUT/GENEVA/DUBAI, Dec 2 (Reuters) - The U.S. and the United Arab Emirates have discussed with each other the possibility of lifting sanctions on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad if he peels himself away from Iran and cuts off weapons routes to Lebanon's Hezbollah, five people familiar with the matter said.
The conversations intensified in recent months, the sources said, driven by the possible expiry on Dec. 20 of sweeping U.S. sanctions on Syria and by Israel's campaign against Tehran's regional network, including Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza and Iranian assets in Syria.

The discussions took place before anti-Assad rebels swept into Aleppo last week in their biggest offensive in Syria for years.
According to the sources, the new rebel advance is a signal of precisely the sort of weakness in Assad's alliance with Iran that the Emirati and U.S. initiative aims to exploit. But if Assad embraces Iranian help for a counter-offensive, that could also complicate efforts to drive a wedge between them, the sources said.

Not verified but rumors are that the opposition captured 800.000 Grad rockets. Very hard to believe but a number 10 times smaller is plausible if they caught iranian shipments.
You really don't get how low-end this entire war is compared to the one in Ukraine do you?
Just focus on the Kurds, nobody likes them, everything else, you'll need to check if you got Russian permission first.

You have it completely backwards, rather than ask what drawbacks there are to China intervening militarily in Syria, instead you should be asking why China should be directly involved at all.

Yes, Uighur terrorist armies getting a safe haven in Syria is far from ideal, but it’s not like they don’t already have safe havens elsewhere already. What, is China going to have its own war on terror and chase them throughout the Middle East and beyond? And even then what is the actual point? Anti-China jihadists are the symptoms, not the source. China is currently focused on dealing directly with the source, America. Without CIA money, training, weapons and safe havens, these guys are zero threat to China.

Besides, the true reason the Syrian civil war remained unresolved was not because ‘Assad sucks’ or ‘Russians lazy’ or similar western troupes. The true reason these terrorists have not been eradicated was because America did not allow it. They killed hundreds of Wagner troops in Syria directly to make that point. So unless and until you are in a position to directly fight America in Syria and win, it’s pointless getting involved. Because you can spend all the money and lives you want to get into a winning position only to get stopped from winning by the Americans.
China doesn't need to and shouldn't get directly involved, there are plenty of levers to pull. People have this interesting mental ability to look at a conflict in only it's own context, and not see it as a expansion of existing ones. Thousands of Iranian drones have rained on Ukraine for two years, Russia has destroyed half a million NATO trained Ukrainian just in the 12 month, all without China needing to openly provide any assistance.

The absolute most China need to do is provide Russia with a few hundred MALE drones and operate them remotely from China, and test out a few swarm launchers and see how fast a volley of few hundred kamakazi drones can wipe out an ISIS assault.

But if Chinese troops were to get involved under Chinese flag, any American attack on them will see China attack all American ME assets, in other words there's nothing US can do other than watch it happen.

The opposition captured a functioning SA-3 battery:

3 generals lost so far:

Russians proving themselves to be like the Israeli's:

You can't blame the Russians that much. Every war has collateral damage and its always civilians who die more than fighters. It's like that in every conflict. Just like Israel in Lebanon war, there are bound to be civilian casualties. So blaming Russia and Israel for this won't change much. Only solution is to avoid getting into this sort of war in the first place

Just saw a gruesome vid from the former iranian 'consulate' in Aleppo where they found multiple human skeletons wrapped in white cloths to be buried in areas to turn them into shia shrines.
