In fact in age of AI, leaders arent even that important, high level policy decisions should be analyzed by AI... human can make final decision but more and more AI will have the best insights and solutions...

And I'm still waiting for the US to get a handle on covid.
I mean this can and most probably will happen in the future, especially for China.
You can see that Xi is already talking about "data-driven governance", this model can then eventually transform from data to information by AI processing. Maybe in 15-20 years time it will start working on implementating it in some low-level stuff.
Anyway, thats far on the future, for now however there is a clear trajectory from just collecting data now to processing it with AI to make decisions

Far-left website, has had run-ins w/ the Party before for supporting Bo Xilai and organizing Jasic labor strikes, but most of the time is left alone. In fact, IIRC some high-level party members have actually contributed pieces on this site before despite it often being sharply critical of many policies and leadership actions.
Anyhow, these leaders are absolutely not flawless. All have their own issues to some extent or another. Xi's family members have shown to be extraordinarily wealthy and probably corrupt (no direct evidence that Xi himself is actually wealthy, plus the fact most of his siblings live abroad)

least we are bashing US mishandle of covid.
hey if someone doesn't even allow to criticize them without been get into trouble, wonder what else is in the closet. absolute power corrupt absolutely. US did a bad job on Covid handling, but there are other place did better, SK/new zealand/taiwan and China.
