No, it is transported to Yanliang for static test, just passed by Beijing-Tianjin expressway. Someone from CDF find photos of F35 doing exactly the same thing, LOL.

Guys, this is an F-22 being loaded and tow onto a truck. You can tell by the three stripes (Red, White, and Blue) on its top vertical stabilizer. Another clue is look at the blurry image of that flag on the guard house, it's an American flag.

We know. Deino's explanation is correct. It's just an image in response to his third point about transporting an aircraft with wings attached, on a truck.

Perhaps SAC needed certain specialized engineer to or avionics to put everything together.
