Looks like it does have engines (doesn't look very snug?) and is fairly HQ photo too..

Observations:
-you can see the tail sting quite clearly in this picture
-the engines appear somewhat "loose" in their nacelles, not sure what that could be indicative of. Maybe the engines are mock ups, or maybe space is for TVC? who knows
-what appears to be the central weapons bay is open. At this point I'm not sure if there's a side weapons bay like J-20/F-22 for SRAAM
-the front dual nosewheel appears to have some sort of contraption upon it? At the very least it looks quite bulky, and reminds me somewhat of the additional parts CATOBAR aircraft have to accomodate the hold back bar on the catapult. Of course it could just be a bulky front landing gear, I expect more higher detail photos will prove it true.
-the fact that we're getting such detailed photos from what must be quite close, at such frequency all of a sudden makes me believe this is SAC purposefully letting these pics slide out. When J-20 first came out, and even when we saw freshly made J-11B and J-15 parked out at shenyang the authorities were quite quick to limit proliferation of the photos, instead leaking them bit by bit. That makes me believe this plane may indeed by a wholly or near wholly self funded project by SAC.
-it looks very much like a mini F-22, and similar to all the proposals of medium weight 5th gen fighters like ATD-X, KFX, AMCA, TFX etc.
