this Israel/Hamas situation could possibly sink the Saudi-US negotiation, because the right wing govt is likely to go very extreme here and make it impossible for Saudi govt to go along with a normalization with Israel

The chance of that happening was already slim to begin with. No way that Saudi Arabia would’ve agreed to the US conditions for normalization.

well if China wants to be aggressive here, call up Saudis and UAE right now and tell them that China supports them 100% and offer to sell a whole bunch of weapons. Also, put some really good deal there for NPP transfer. If US/Saudi deal won't happen, then China should get its NPP sold there

Which I think is the primary reason Hamas, or rather Iran, planned this to begin with.
Let's be honest, almost everyone benefits from this war

Hamas - Israeli oppression, especially recently
Israel - Netanyahu's domestic politics
US - Excuse to back out of Ukraine
Russia - Less pressure in Ukraine
China - Anything to get US away from China's core interest is a win
Saudi - Have an excuse to back out of Saudi normalization with Israel but still giving a I tried image

hmm, America is a major loser here. It now has to worry about 3 regions at the same time while domestic economy is having issues & debt is spiraling out of control.

It is now stuck in a conflict in middle east where it's on the side of 1 country and China is on the side of everyone else. The exact nightmare scenario that US planners have been trying to avoid for years when it made Iran the enemy of everyone else.

We now just need China to pull some staunt in Asia to complete the 3 front nightmare.

Bonus: Have Mexican Cartel kill someone important, now we have a 4 front disaster.

I am not so sure. US might just be desperate enough to officially recognize Palestine to score election point. At that point Israel might actually normalize with Saudi Arabia. Then SA might not need China anymore.
Biden/Democrat (not US as a whole) recognizing Palestine is essentially stabbing Israel on the back. Israel would be the only country in the world not recognizing Palestine if US went ahead (other western countries will follow). I don't think that is going to happen, not for election. Having Israel as a proxy is the only card US has in western Asia, the day US "betrays" Israel is the day when US is finished in the region.

Normalizing relationship between SA and Israel isn't something that Israel can decide alone, SA has to agree to it infront of the whole Muslim world without gaining something for Muslim brothers and sisters in Palistine. That is a huge cost to SA by handing over the Muslim leadership to Iran. I don't think MBS is that cheap to buy over.

Doing what you suggested are too high costs that neither US nor SA can afford.
