There are still some on this forum who refuse to believe that there is a snake in the BRICS and SCO organization. Hopefully the Chinese and Russian "farmers" have learnt their lesson and won't give the snake anymore chances.

Mystery solved. The French hold significant amount of leverage over the Indians, given they are the only country the Indians are buying high tech jets from.

I don't think anyone here doubts that India is not trustworthy, it's just that blocking Algeria didn't make any sense for India. The French involvement now makes sense.

The agreement with westinghouse was that if China can increase AP1000's electrical generation per turbine from 1000MW to 1350MW, China owns the full IP of the new design. CAP1400 has reached 1534MW. The article also said that domestic component exceeds 90%, so the only way US can make trouble is if the remaining less than 10% are from US controlled countries.

in June this year. Zheng Mingguang, chief designer of Guohe One has officially announced 100 percent localization of CAP1400 .. post link above

it means Hualong 1 and Guohe 1 aka CAP1400 can very well serve China's ambitions of nuclear reactor exports to other countries..
