If this was closer to Severny Island it would be a Burevestnik test. There was supposed to be a test of that sometime soon.
Perhaps another Zircon test launch?
Yup. Or Bastion or Moskit.

Admiral Vladimir Korolev made a flight to the nuclear-powered heavy missile cruiser Peter the Great, from where he personally oversaw the firing of anti-ship missiles by Northern Fleet forces into a cluster of simulated enemy ships. In particular, the firing of anti-ship cruise missiles was carried out by the Pyotr Veliky heavy nuclear missile cruiser, two nuclear submarine missile cruisers Voronezh and Oryol. Also, during the test exercise, the crew of the Bastion coastal missile system and the destroyer Admiral Ushakov fired with the Moskit anti-ship cruise missile.

Another source:
First launch came from the Teriberka area north of Murmansk where the Bastion coastal missile system launched and hit a target 400 kilometers away. Then, a massive missile attack was launched agains a «group of enemy vessels». The cruise missiles were launched from the heavy missile cruiser «Pytor Velikiy» as well as from the two nuclear-powered Oscar-II class submarines «Voronezh» and «Orel». Distance from launching vessels to targets were between 200 and 300 kilometers, the Defense Ministry informs and says the missiles were the Granite anti-ship cruise missile.

Piotr Butowski is talking out of his ass. The truth is we do not know what is the production rate of any of these cruise missiles. And a lot of them use common components, sometimes are even made in the same facility, so production might be allocated to one or the other. There is also no evidence that Russia is explicitly using older missiles first. Or that there is a single missile pool to take them out from.

Russia does not make its conventional cruise missile inventory numbers public. Unlike for nuclear ones because of New START.
There were some numbers of cruise missiles delivered to the Russian MoD published yearly on TASS, but Shoigu revised those numbers up by like an order of magnitude last year, so the truth is, we just do not know the production rate and it is a state secret. And if the older published production numbers were accurate then Russia would have already ran out of missiles months ago, which did not happen.

The aviation antenna system is designed for installation on passenger aircraft, such as Superjet, Tu-214, MS-21
The helicopter antenna complex is compact and capable of operating through a rotating helicopter propeller. The equipment can be installed on small aircraft, including unmanned ones.
