Red dot and magnifier, yes.
Mf in the image is a private contractor / instructor and employee of a very small defence company called Hanqi defence, not an active PLA member. The optics / accessories he mounts on his rifles / SMGs are supplied by his company / producer (Hanqi) and will likely never make it into actual PLA service (even small SOF / elite units) due to it's small scale and intense market competition (no one's stealing the juicy defence deals from state producers and Holosun).
So treat the stuff (gear, accessories etc.) he has with a grain of salt, he's not that different to a PLA larper in many sense
Given how his line of products isn't solid and the fact that he can be seen with PLA/PAP equipment, is he an instructor as well?
Is that thing on the muzzle a suppressor, been seeing it on some qbz-191
