Based on what I have seen, I disagree. That’s definitely a regular jam. Jam training always involves a jam in the beginning. You can’t purposely set a round in the magazine to jam the rifle, particularly one that is in the middle of a magazine. That doesn’t necessarily mean the 191 sucks. Jams happen to all firearms.

You could make rounds too big, low pressure or without primer.
