I would love to hear the reasoning behind the 4 bigger lugs
If you look at an AR bolt face, you will notice the extractor is about 1 lug and 2 recess wide, around 1/8 - 3/16 of the circumference. 4 lug with only the extractor in the recess means about 1/8th of the circle, but with no stress on the extractor because its not the lug. This is likely the reason for halving the lugs of the AR.

why they are uneven is another question.

What's the label that stick to the rifle at the magazine well position? It doesn't look like censor editing...

FWIW, here are some labels on QBZ-95s. Parts of the labels are obscured, but I can make out two words: "抢号" and "定位人", which I think roughly translate as "rifle serial" and "assigned soldier". Correct me if my translation is wrong.
