4K is up and ready. Ignore the empty thumbnail, it's youtube being weird again but the video is still working fine.

Not tank crews, but could be the reconnaissance unit. In the past, Chinese tank division has a reconnaissance company, now they may restructured it to smaller unit, but the function remains.
