Still not yet launch, I think they are waiting for high tide? It is said that water had been let into dry dock, and the dock gate has been opened. Possibly another half to one hour to go for launch.

I don't have anything substantive to add so I'll just say that is one nice looking AOE ... and I've seen many in my lifetime. Good job PLAN.
