Is there really movies or photos of the Russian carrier with six aircraft parked on the bow? .
The bow parking like this is spotting aircraft while others are landing and when you want to keep as many on deck as possible when that is happening.

Although I doubt whether that was the case during these photos. My guess is that they were working through particular training and evaluation exercises and simply wanted to keep all five or six together while doing so.

When they are launching, they will use the two bow positions and aircraft will not be spotted there.

I have seen up to nine SU-33s on the Kuznetsov at a time with two SU-25s and five helos.

Yes but this on the carrier only, do you have 109,110 and 112 on deck ?
I have not seen all of them on deck yet...though I imagine that all of the production aircraft have been qualified on deck to this point given that we are seeing 113 and 114 on deck now.

Here's one of 110, but this may not be on the carrier. I cannot tell from the pic.

Above the J-15 in the background, it looks like the roof of a hangar so I think this is a land picture, not a carrier one.

Dang! Sina is harsh on the 'flopping fish'. Lol.
Personally, based on what I know, the j15 is probably a lot more capable than what most people think. The only unknown is pilot skills. If PLAN can hone aviator skills like the USN, they will be a force to reckon with in the future.

SMN is not being harsh, they are being stupid. More often than not, the people writing their articles have no idea what they are talking about, and that particular write up in 2013 when it was first posted here was roundly criticized.... and Defense News reporting it only made themselves look ignorant.

Today's CCTV program Focus Today features J-15 training aboard Liaoning and construction of 001A. Not much more than what we've already seen.
When addressing report that 001A will be launched mid 2016, Du Wenlong commented that it could be earlier or later than that, depending on how smooth the construction goes.

I have seen eleven SU-33 and one SU-25 somewhere in the internet.

But I have never seen evidence of the Russians performing

and spotting many aircraft for take-off on the landing strip or many aircraft after landing on the take-off runs like it was normal during the Vietnam war. The Chinese do that. Liaoning will be used as an attack carrier, Kuznetsov was until now never trained in such a role (or in other words: the attack capability of Kuznetsov comes from her missiles and not from her aircraft).

If 001A is to be floated out before 2016 then those photographs we've been seeing are very old. :)
