Yeah, should be the nuclear reactor for the new aircraft carrier. I believe the design is similar to the schematics of the ones aboard US carriers which would suggest the reactors will be of similar design and thus won't be using heavy water...

I talked about this earlier that speculation has been everywhere that 611 won the competition. It's probably true. People thought 601 was going to get the J-20 project too, but it lost out to 611.
