Via CDF... these were supposedly taken at the Zhongshan Navy Exhibition, the same place where the 032 SSB model and the trimaran MSA cutter were taken, so it's possible that this carrier model is very authentic.

Elements of this model were present on some CGIs from a while ago, so it is very possible that the original artist of the CGIs (who is not uncredible) had seen elements of the final carrier design.
Of course, I'm referring to the island specifically, but things like the elevators, catapult positioning, etc are also indicative

Whatever the case, this model definitely shows a supercarrier in the nimitz/ford ballpark. Is it legit?
Well... I'd cautiously veer on the side of yes.

The next Chinese aircraft carrier (CV-17) will be a modified Kuznetsov class with perhabs 1 or 2 catepults on the angled deck. Just making a few small changes from the current design can make the carrier much more efficient. Like making the island structure smaller, making the flight deck just a few meters wider and making more room below for the hangar deck. Once again just a few meters wider and longer to each side can make much difference.

The next carrier (CVN-18)( if that picture of the model is to be believed) will be a full CATOBAR carrier with 4 EM cats. It will likely be a sub 100000 ton carrier and smaller version of the Nimitz and Gerald R. Ford class carrier. Perhabs 80 to 90000 tons. The nuclear propulsion will have to be designed and developed from scratch as China currently doesn't have such systems. But in China both nuclear and marine engineering are growth sectors in the economy. So they should be able to manage. We won't see that ship in service well beyond the 2020's.
