SIPRI counted 2020-2024 time period. if you count 2023-2024 years it is basically ZERO imports. China has now fully autonomous military industrial complex.

It is not confirmed but other GA also have Rocket Artillery Brigades and their organization is given in attached publication.

While reports like these are very speculative, I think the politics/"people" side of PLA should be given more attention
