Chinese SOF, who are in black and wearing full cut helmet with rails and NVG shrouds, are wielding QBZ 95's with an aftermarket upper attachment, a magnifier, and a M68 CRO clone.

my question : i know the comanders in PLA don't want to waste balistic plate during trainning
but why PLA don't product and issue trainning balistic plate with similar weight as real plate ?

not using plate when trainning like this will somewhat end up making troops in real combat situation feel very uncomforable/harm their combat ability due to must adapt with new extra weight from real balistic plate inside the plate carrier
