They are. It seems to be multi caliber. If you build a weapon for 7.62x51 NATO that weapon has an envelope that can easily be rechambered for any intermediate class cartridge with a few changes. The downside is it adds more weight than needed.
The first three and second to last picture don't look like they are the SOF of the PLA or even the PAP. They seem to be SWAT officers (particularly the second to last picture and the third one) or civilian shooters with high speed equipment. Plus, if I remember correctly the 4th picture depicts a guy from a private company (either Kestrel Defense or Bloodwing).
