That AR function is interesting. It appears to be an overlay of thermal imaging data over the sight picture. I wonder how much the scope costs. It can't be cheap.

See if it was the thermal data I would expect to see a gradient key IE Ice cold to Nuclear hot. The picture is in the Thermal range but for a tactical sight the emphasis is on what shape the heat is vs a scientific thermal imager which is more concerned with the temperature range. This is the Pit vipers perspective. Does it look tasty and can I strike it?
