Is type 100 12v? 4 colour's each color looks like a voltage value since type 100 have the light blue color and the light blue is 12V

12V is the cylinder count, the blue is literally just a random colour element
Drives like a car instead of traditional tank too.

They blurred it in the close up shots but the serial is LZ164, it's one of the Type 100s that participated in the Sep 3rd parade. 
nice to see more of the type 100. but what im really excided for is more news on the heavy tank that's coming.
If both of you are talking about this slide. The 4 colors represent 4 development stages that lead to the power pack of type 100. (Key background pre-study -> key background pre-study deep dive -> deep dive study and demo -> type development). No offence, but you two seem don't read Chinese?
type 100 is likely a V10 engine.
See the lower left image labled 88KW/L HPD110 柴油机? It has 5 cylinder heads, V shape gives you 10 cylinders, so it is a V10.
Finally, although 6V, 8V,10V, 12V are highly likely designation of engine arrangements, they are put aside PPLT. So the interpretation should be combined. I can't find any Pinying initials of Chinese words that may be PPLT. But I guess that we are looking at a powerpack family that includes various engines of different rating in conjuntion with direct or electric drivetrain. If this interpretation is right, there could be a larger powerpack than Type-100, e.g. 12V electric drive.
