A coincidence?
I think so. Zumwalt broke down while transiting the Panama canal and was delayed in Panama about a week undergoing repairs.

A coincidence for sure but I'm sure it was a huge treat to the PLAN sailors to be one of the first few people to see Zumwalt in person.

Nothing coincidental about the Zumwalt flyby, it was designed for not so subtle shock and awe.
Zumwalt is home-ported in San Diego, genius.
Chinese is now able to copy the Zumwalt. You can't let Chinese to see girls-them are going to have babies!
Funny. They may be able to copy it but won't do so.
