Stop the chest thumping. How can China prevent SK and Japan from building ships for the US?

Japan basically builds ships for the US already, they even operate, crew, maintain, and upkeep the ships for the US!
I like that shallow pool at the bottom , just for the extra immersion , like in actuality for this training a dry floor would work just as well , but they added in the water anyway.Ground training facility for replenishment at sea.
I read a news in my country about PLAN conducted an unprepared drill to their ships. In a condition where their ships have spent all their munitions. And the result was that more than 50% of PLAN ships had "lost" in the "battle.

They may practice astern fueling method in the facility as well.
If they wanted to kick the immersion up a notch, they could make the pool a little bit deeper, throw in a wave maker, and movable platforms to simulate different sea states and you'll have one heck of a training facility. Or, they could just train on a real ship.
