Uyghur Terrorist Organizations in the Making might go after Xinjiang. They seem to be heavily equipped and funded by the US and Turkey they released a video just recently flexing their guns and vehicles.

Unlikely, they've been exiled to middle east likely by ceasefire terms between China and Turkey.
The Afghanistan entry point has also been secured.
TIP isn't through Turkey's government. They are currently fighting against Russia in a supposed occupation in Syria.
I don't see this as unlikely when they explicitly stated they wanted to make an Islamic nation out of Xinjiang. The second video in my previous posts shows them compilations of Xinjiang, which they want to attack.
Saying 1 thing is far different from "likely" or "possible", sure chances are never 0 but I find it more feasible to see Hamas parade in Tel aviv (something they've also stated they want to do) than significant ISIS return through the now defended afghan territory into the heavily defended western Xinjiang area.

Porosity in wartime Afghanistan border is THE reason there could be an ISIS offensive against China in the 2010s.
As ISIS/ETIM has previously learned, it's incredibly difficult to go on offensive against a leading edge military backed by a leading edge intel apparatus. No amount of human waves imported from the middle east will work.
There is a reason all the NATO propaganda focused on accusing China of being too good at destroying terrorists. NATO is an organization with a serial record of faking casualty counts yet they didn't even bother inventing losses for the PLA, that tells you loss ratios were insanely lopsided.
Now that you can't even get those Arab human waves into China through Afghanistan, it's unclear even with what ISIS will fight with.
