Three guesses as to whose cockpit this is.
The lady in the second and third pics doesn’t have a rank. A civilian employee?These images appear to show pilots undergoing physical evaluation.
Health units are usually civilian. The doctors and nurses do have uniforms but without ranks.
these are civilian staff of PLA, they don't have a military rank, but they are on duty as well. their promotion route is similar to civil servants
