Am I the only one that feels while 一等功>三等功, it's ribbon bar is not as cool since it only has 1 bar instead of 3?New ribbon bars. I'm not sure if this is a complete list.

I also think they've overused bright yellow, which clashes with the basic colors of branch uniforms, maybe except the PLAAF blue. The palette is far too warm and shouty.

What do you believe the current pilot flight hours are, and what industries do you see that covid has had any meaningful effect on them?
Frontline pilots get in excess of 200 hours a year if they are 4+ fighters and above. People flying J-7/8 are kinda limited by the airframe.
I just read what I scarce sources I can find online which point towards around 150 hrs/year. I'm aware it may not be accurate so if someone has more insider info on it, I would follow those instead.
Thanks. Then they get more training than I thought, 200+ is very respectable.
200+ includes intercepts in ADIZ and Taiwan encirclement.
Also keep in mind that PLAAF pilots have access to sophisticated flight simulators as well. It is no substitute for real flying but can keep the skills sharp and allow for replay of combat exercises.
