How many J-10CE , Egypt plan to acquire?

Nothing is known and in fact NOTHING is confirmed!

The crazy thing is that all of this is true: And some people in Chinese circles are murmuring that China senses its chance to achieve something big, as the global political situation is currently changing, many are actually looking for alternatives and, above all, the J-10 is practically a discontinued model. If this is true, the quantities for the PLAAF itself are slowly running out and the production line is thus "written off" ... so what's the harm in making nice offers to those who show interest, don't get an AMRAAM or Meteor, don't get an update on Blk. 70 with AESA, etc.? As I said, there is rumbling in the underground and China is patient, but also wildly determined, and putting a damper on the USA or the West here fits the picture.

But none of this is a FACT yet.

Egypt could just buy the F-16 upgrades from Turkey and get long range missile capability that way. Not that I expect the US to take that lightly.

But is this upgrade package ready and capable of what it promised to be? … and then, I’m pretty sure the US won’t allow it.

Right. The US could just deny them spare parts supplies including engines. Then even if the Turkish radar and missiles work, Egypt would not have an aircraft.

Turkey and Egypt also have fairly tense relations in the first place. Turkey is a big backer of the Muslim Brotherhood. The previous Egyptian government opposed to the current military junta rule. They are both at loggerheads in Libya and each supports an opposing side. Libya also borders Egypt so the stability of the border region is a big deal for them. So the upgrade would be unlikely to happen.

It is just that the US nerfs so many F-16s sales to the Muslim world, that eventually Turkey might provide a major loophole around this.

Against the backdrop of the escalating situation in Israel, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi inspected the troops. The video shows American-made Egyptian military equipment, M1A1 Abrams and M60A3 tanks, M113A2 armored personnel carriers, M109A5 self-propelled guns, M270 MLRS, Avenger air defense, M-48 Chaparral air defense and other equipment. Soviet-made equipment, Kub SAM, Tor SAM, Shilka air defense, BMP-1 and other equipment were also seen. Not all the equipment in service with the Egyptian army was presented at the inspection.

In Yemen, the Houthis demonstrated tests of the new Al-Qari'a underwater sea drone. The Al-Qari'a underwater drone can be called conditionally, since the drone goes to the target in a semi-submerged state, the movement of the sea drone is adjusted using a camera on a tripod. This implementation of the sea drone carries serious complications for ships, since it is difficult to hit it, at night only the ships' hydroacoustics can detect it. The Al-Qari'a kamikaze drone is made in the form of a torpedo and is presumably produced with the participation of Iran. There is currently no technical information on the drone. Earlier, the US Navy reported the defeat of an underwater sea drone, the drone model was not reported

An episode of the military parade of Algeria, in honor of the Declaration Day of November 1. On November 1, 1954, in Algeria, fighters from the National Liberation Front began an armed uprising, which marked the beginning of the struggle for independence from France. In 1962, on July 5, the independence of Algeria was officially proclaimed. In the video of the parade, you can see quite a lot of military equipment of Russian manufacture. Algeria uses the Pantsir-S1E air defense system, the ZSU-23-4 Shilka air defense system, the S-300PMU-2 air defense system, the S-400 air defense system. T-72M1, T-90SA, T-62, T-55 tanks. BMPT-62 combat vehicles, this is a T-62 tank with a Berezhok turret installed. A mine clearing vehicle on the T-62 tank chassis. And much other equipment.
