From the Russian forum user "Rohirrim" published a satellite photo of the optical number 661 frigate of the Amnok class at the Myang-do base.
They raised my curiosity at the stern of the ship, who knows what will be inside those containers

I wish KJU's ambition to "bolstering the navy" would come true, that ship is too lonely; it needs more sisters of all kinds.

Embargoes will indeed become useless at this time for Russia. But even so, the idea that they would openly and without-hesitation provide advanced weapons to North Korea is still unbelievable to me.

Russia can transfer blueprints and engineers to North Korea as technical assistance to help them produce domestically. But jet fighters are different: I'm thinking that they will try to make arguments to "reinterpret" the UN resolution, for example.
Honestly, the UN argument was back then decided only in an attempt to prevent proliferation. And today, that has clearly failed, because there is countries like NK, Israel and soon perhaps even Iran that will have nukes, irrespective of UN's original ban.

The basis of Chinese sanctions against NK is due to regret over their decision to acquire nuclear arms. What China should do is to create a new categorization of "illegal" nuclear weapon owners, and apply restrictions to all of them equally. From there on, we can do anything with NK that we are already doing with Israel, which will be fair play, legally speaking.

An inflow of investment and capital control may be what is able to bring NK up to standard.

That also means, new sanctions can only be imposed if they are applied equally to all states within the bracket, preventing unnecessary sanction spam.

I repeat in part what was written on the previous page:
From those photos or videos how can you tell that they are rockets supplied directly by the DPRK to Russia?
It is difficult to prove that that soldier is really from the Russian armed forces, since in those places as a legacy of the USSR everyone studied Russian as an official language, furthermore the uniform cannot be definitive proof.
Then it is known that the DPRK has been exporting its weapons and ammunition to various states in Africa and Asia for years and, as in the case of the Iranian ones, there have been cases of seizures.
In the Russian-Ukrainian conflict both use this type of ammunition.

My argument is quite simple: it was mentioned on a pro-Russian channel. And they talk about it with quite a proud, undisguised air.

They are always people who write in the anonymity of a nickname, this allows everyone, even possibly you or me, to express any opinion or hope on certain issues, including the supply or otherwise of weapons systems. At the moment therefore not officially confirmed, but if we are talking about hypotheses, I think that for the DPRK it would be an opportunity to have its weapon systems tested in a very high intensity war, this would lead to having important data returned in their use to then be transferred to any future developments. This is a practice that everyone is developing in this conflict, both Russians and Ukrainians and all the nations that are supplying them with any type of armament.

#kimspirations moment.

Jokes aside, instrumental intelligence was always a big DPRK weakness, especially since apparently no one really shared with them. And now, in short order, their own visual/SAR MALE/HALE drones and optical SSO satellites.

CHECK color, its blue. I've never seen that color ammo before, it looks like North Korean stock rather than foreign trade product.
