I think you are wrong with the IAI Nesher fighter which is none other than the Mirage 5 (they say made in Israel with stolen design plans) while the IAI Kfir is an evolution of the Nesher and equipped with a US-produced J79 turbojet, the Kfir certainly made in Israel
They did that with the Nesher. Assembled from crates. And the Kfir used modified airframes that were also of French origin. They did not build anything from scratch. Their claim of reversing the Atar engine in the Nesher and building it themselves from scratch is also laughable.

Don't know if North Korea wants to upgrade its anti-aircraft gun inventory, but if they want, they can ask Iran (or China, less likely) for some 35mm Oerlikon guns.
