The specs for the FY4 was to eliminate 30% of the shell's penetration.
Do you have the source on this info? Also what do you mean with shell here, can you be more specific since the projectile inside the shell is what matter anyway. You mean 30% decrease of penetration from APFSDS or maybe from HEAT or both? 30% is believable though since it's in the same ballpark with the russian relikt ERA.

30% of APFSDS. It was the technical specs required for the FY4. I remember 477 saying that before. I'm now looking for screenshots.

Do you have a high-resolution image of this chart available including a translation into English ?
Oops. Sorry. This time it should be right.

Final version. Corrected some typos. Changed some names to make it easier to understand. Standardized the format, which also makes it easier to read.

True Final version. Changed some names to make it easier to understand. Changed some of the format to make it look like the original post (and cooler). Removed cursor. Remade the image to make it slightly smaller without changing its resolution.

Thank you very much for this work. How would you read the protection aspect of the chart ? The turret front and hull front of the Oplot are rated at: KE(3BM42/OFL120F1)>= 1100 mm**
CE(<Kornet-E>) >= 1300 mm**
What does this mean ? For the KE aspect of it, as far as I know, the 3BM42 has the ability to penetrate roughly 500 mm of RHA (260 BHN?) at 2000 m. The OFL120F1 penetrates around 560-600 of RHA (260 BHN?) at 2000 m. This is a bit confusing. Could you please explain this ?

It doesn't really mean the sabot has to penetrate. They are simply parameters that were calculated based on test results of the ERA using domestic standards.
