That is a nice looking vehicle... Hope Volvo bring it to Canada, I need a new car.

U9 production has started. Getting to 375 km/h top speed was hard.


It's production process is also hard

Wonder if BYD will also start to make eBikes now they are producing higher end vehicles like the U9 and U8. BMW, Mercedes and Porsche already do this and are using their eBike offerings to complement their prestige branding. I see Xiaomi already has some ho-hum eBikes (probably rebadged), but it really needs to step up that game, IMHO, if its want to make the "Xiaomi" lifestyle branding more complete.

Heavy Duty Truck NEV sales in July really exploded and CNG sales also kept up high. Overall sales down. So NEV + CNG is over 40% of market in July. this is quite impressive

There are American auto professionals who are informed but are not decision-makers. Like the history of GE, IBM, Boeing, etc., professionals are not the culprit, but rather the gate-keepers and decision-makers are the complicit. At least VW has waken up to the reality and is building Hefei as the only other R&D center outside Wolfsburg.
