I don't know other foreign car brands. But I think made-in-China Tesla EVs have about 95% of local contents. Notice that virtually all the components made by foreign suppliers are actually made in China also.

Apart from the autopilot chips and algorithms, almost all other aspects of a Tesla car are Made In China.

The Electric Viking seems to be a big fan of Tesla. He is a little bit perplexed that the Sea lion 07 will undercut Model Y's base price by $10,000, and the fully loaded Sea Lion 07 will cost the same as Model Y's base model.
