The side-view of Yangwang U9:

The very affordable Changan-Huawei-CATL Deepal S7 (previously Shenlan S7) doesn't seem to have an instrument panel. It has a big HUD Instead.

Branding name is always an issue with most chinese ev, shenlan sounds much more appealing than deepal, especially if you understand chinese.

YangWang U8 fuel consumption as reported by a user is 7.4L/100km. Impressive for the size and performance of this car. Mitsubishi PHEVs which are crappier and less capable have similar fuel consumption. Look at one for comparison:

Mitsubishi Outlander

Also found this on Chinese internet. Another U8 test mule with a new wheel rim and in olive colour. It screams 'base model' to me, like what governments would purchase for their ministers or a military staff vehicle.

If government is purchasing a U8 for staff, be prepared for an anti-corruption investigation, lol
If anything, Olive colour appeals to military enthusiasts. The same way all those rock crawling, crab walking, water fording type features do.

U8 is definitely something that has a lot of appeal abroad. It destroys the Range Rover PHEV is all measures.
