SPACs are just scams to avoid oversight. Vinfast probably would employ many trading accounts to drive stock price up or down at will.

Seems like the case, majority of the shares are controlled by Vinfast and its SPAC partner, moreover there are few stocks available and the trading volume is low.

The investor is actually a Chinese company and has a bad reputation.
