Going to check both X-men and Godzilla out as a double-feature next weekend.
Just came back from seeing X-Men Days of Future Past. Good news for anyone who hated Brett Ratner's Last Stand and all the characters he killed off. Matter of fact the whole timeline since 1974 may have been erased or happened a different way. The Wolverine movies probably didn't happen at least how it was in the movies. So if you also hated Deadpool... I have to say it was probably the best of the X-men movies even though some questions did pop-up in my head. Also I don't know if some of you heard of how Rogue was cut out of the movie. I had heard that Rogue in the original story was where the future Sentinels got their power to destroy the X-Men. But in the movie it was instead Mystique. As you watch the movie, you can see the future Sentinels are more Rogue than Mystique. So I have to deduce because Jennifer Lawrence is a big star, they gave her that honor to where the future Sentinels got their power. I suppose if they stuck with Rogue, it would've be odd since it mostly takes place in 1974 and Rogue probably wasn't even born yet. So it would be interesting to see what the script was before they cut Rogue out. BTW they didn't really cut Rogue out because you see her in one little moment but her role was a probably a little more significant in the original story.
So..in this new movie Wolverine is the leader of the group instead of Cyclops? Sorry I haven't followed the X-men movie in awhile.
In the movie? I guess so. I haven't read the comics so I have no idea if Cyclops was ever the leader. He didn't seem like in the movies.
The only things that Cyclops did in the X-Men movies were getting his a**es handed to him and whining.
Don't let him hear you say that, or else he'll take off his sunglasses and make you look into his eyes and get your head burned off.
