They may stay, if both (!) combatants accept the european peace plan and if we will have a UN-Mandat for that.
Thats one of the advantages of european forces: some of them coud be accept by one of - or both combatants.

the voting about election of a new chanceller was postposed again. The political leaders decided to wait about the answer of the combattants:
did they accept the evacuation of forreign citizenz out of taiwan by european task force?
