But first, the Russians must put down their ego, accept the "new" reality that Russia is no longer a military superpower capable of taking the US head-on like the Soviet Union, acknowledge China's new position on the world stage as an influential, sovereign superpower, and acknowledge China as a comparable, if not superior, military peer to Russia. That would basically be it - rebuild Russian military to ensure its security as part of the peace deal.
Only then, China can sell weapons and equipment to Russia in order to help rebuilding and modernizing their military.
Otherwise, any notion of the above, alongside any substantial China-Russia military cooperation and integration into the future would be empty talk. Because as long as the Russians still holds the attitude that "Russia is still the Soviet Union" and "Russia is still the big brother of China like in the 1950s", then nothing between Beijing and Moscow can be accomplished.
