Well Western Hills of Beijing might be vulnerable to GBU-57s dropped from B2 bombers.
Still, the White House, at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington DC 20500 United States, is definitely vulnerable to at least one CCP DF-41 MIRV thermonuclear warhead.
There are also more MIRV warheads for the Pentagon, Capitol Hill, and others.

Kind of telling that Bill Gertz defaults to "do what we tell you or we'll bomb you." The Yellow Peril is not because of the potential that China can impose its will using force but rather the US no longer being able to do so against China.
