If your fear is instead a flood of terrorism into China through those border crossings, that's an entirely different problem than having a "Ukraine" on their hands. Given the last decade's struggle to secure Xinjiang, I suspect that would be the kind of "war" China is now more than ready for. Winning the hearts and minds of the Xinjiang population was a big step in that direction. Especially the young (fighting age) generation is much more patriotic due to the education, qualify of life, and opportunity they had been given. Hence why the US and West fought so hard to deprive Xinjiang of trade/supply chain opportunities via all the fake slave labor and fake genocide propaganda.

The worst mistake that the US can do is to perform a ground invasion of Iran so I don't see much reason for anyone else to intervene.

No one is going to militarily intervene in any scenarios but I don’t understand why some people here are so allergic to even sending material aid. They are acting like China shouldn’t even send anything.

And then you're conflating Ukraine with (potentially) Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, or Kyrgyzstan. Russia's frontier with Ukraine is plains and forests to my understanding. China's western frontier is separated from its neighbors almost entirely by mountains, completely unsuitable for heavy armor, trench warfare, or offensive artillery warfare.

If an US army pops up there then they are still a problem for national security. Would it not be more preferable to not have any US or European soldiers next to Western China.

Why are you gambling with the lives of civilians? China is prepared for such a scenario but why let the situation deteriorate to that point in the first place. I know for a fact that there will be fuming anger if a car bomb blows up in Xinjiang and kills 10s or 100s of civilians. People on this forum will immediately blame China and Russia for doing nothing on the Iran issue in that event.

Putin said Iran didn't ask or wanted Russia's help.

I am thinking Iran is very prepared for this conflict. They probably still have a huge arsenal of missile left. If US get involved, we will see hypersonic missile on aircraft carriers.
Putin said Russia offered air defense cooperation but Iran not interested. The statement is limited to air defense.
Iran is not easy to implement projects. The Nuclear reactor took like 20 years to complete. now imagine how long will it take for fighter like Su-35 for Iran to master. Arab media is now comparing this updated Su-35 to F-22.

"In the letter, Khomeini declared that communism was dissolving within the Soviet bloc,[4][5] and invited Gorbachev to consider Islam as an alternative to communist ideology."

How much opium was he on?
He was right not about Iran but about Russia. what is Putin governing method.
Just look at Ukraine map. It is the South that has greatest success and Land bridge completed to Crimea. some one managed construction during conflict. It all happen because Crimea was transformed and they invited Erdogan to visit to see the great work that have done. In real Islamic system you dont need that many lawyers or other humanities because society is self regulating and self taught and that what Putin is counting on.

Thanks to the extensive work on career guidance, today, in 2025, school graduates – 50 percent of these graduates – have chosen mathematics as their profile exam for the Unified State Exam, more than 21 percent – information technology, and 16 percent – physics. This just shows that young people have already gone from economists and lawyers to engineering universities, they like it much more.

Because Jerusalem is the third holiest site in Islam after Mecca and Medina. I keep telling people the nature of the Iranian regime and people keep ignoring this. They do things for reasons which are simply not comprehensible to the kafir.
I don't understand what point is being made here. You think there are strategic targets in Jerusalem that they are wrongly forgoing? You dislike that they view parts of their opponent's city as sacred? You resent the word kafir?

Nepotism inside the US army, what could go wrong?

Isn't this sort of thing quite usual for special technical advisors? Less common now since there is less military oversight in research. Qian Xuesen was a USAF colonel basically to give him special access to technical data that was taken by the military after the capture of Nazi Germany and their scientists. I believe the rationale basically means any lower ranks has to listen, and only the top brass can override them. Similarly the lost crewmembers of the Russian Losharik sub was mostly senior officers.
