Putin said that Russia is considering all Turkish initiatives on Ukrainian regulation
Moscow. June 11. INTERFAX.RU - Russia has
great respect for Turkey's initiatives to resolve the Ukrainian crisis and the situation in the Black Sea, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"Nevertheless, we are carefully and with
great respect considering all initiatives of the Turkish Republic on this track and will remain in contact with you," he continued.
"We
gratefully acknowledge the determination of our Turkish friends to contribute to the resolution of crisis situations, including the crisis around Ukraine," he said at a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
Putin also
thanked Ankara for providing a platform in Istanbul for negotiations with Ukraine.
