India's main tactic is acting weak and sucking up to guys stronger than it so it can take over them like a parasite. To guys weaker than itself, it shows its real ugly face. Unfortunately it may have made the mistake of classifying China as weaker than it and showing its true face so now they can't fool China. And its too late to take back their attitude.

Time will tell if this is a huge blunder for the history books.
They have made several blunders already in the history books. They assumed that China was a weak nation of impoverished peasant soldiers in the build-up to the 1962 war. They assumed that Chinese men were midgets in the build up to Galwan 2020. Even today, they are regularly eating up Western stories about China doom and gloom, and celebrating themselves as the next Supapowar. The Jai Hinds are waiting for a Taiwan or SCS conflict to befall onto China, so they can act on their next backstab. China has a long memory, they can remember what nations did to them even centuries ago. I reckon that India is not looking good right now in China's book.

China went through upheaval. It's natural to lose influence in that situation. Again doesn't mean they will move close to US over time. Your logic doesn't make sense. They didn't when the balance of power was more in US favor, why would they now when China is raising again. They will maintain their strategic balance.

Yeah. Labels mean jack shit. Are they following US policy for Israel? Or for china? Are they trying to actively contain china? Not do business with china? Cause that's what the US wants. So if they are not following US diktat even if they are a "non NATO ally" what does that say for the label in the first place? It's doesn't mean crap.

I mean if that's your definitely of aligning with the US, that's a pretty loose definition, and really doesn't mean anything.

Again, does turkey follow US influence and diktat as closely as US would like? If the US had so much control, then the coup would have succeeded. The fact that it didn't and turkey still follows a policy of self interest by your definition would mean it's a failure of the US foreign policy and influence because they are not aligning more closely with US interests.

Again Do they follow US policy completely? What happened to that large agreement of recognizing Israel in exchange for US security guarantees, shouldn't it have been signed a while ago? Why don't they agree to it already and align fully with US interests?

The US wants nothing more than for SA to reject Chinese investment and economic cooperation, but that hasn't happened.

Aren't they supposed to align with the US? Is your definition of aligning with the US so loose that any label, irregardless of policy, will count?

Do countries have to follow all U.S. policies completely to be aligned with the U.S?

Hangzhou Asian Games vs Paris Olympics

People are beginning to wonder what exactly makes the west first world. Like all this stuff they claim like high gdp or whatever doesn't seem to reflect reality. The image of their superiority is slipping away as they are no longer able to siphon resources from colonies. Now we are seeing what they are really like.

The Western media celebrates the Paris 2024 Olympics as one the cheapest.
But at what cost?

What is the french/western response to the recent rapes and attacks of tourists and athletes during the Paris Olympics? Why genocide of course:

Someone has to tell these westerners that you can't just genocide all your problems. I am of course using the broad western definition of genocide which can mean anything from concentration camps to vocational schools to deradicalisation programs and forced relocations.

In case you missed it:

It really hasn't been a good week for Obama; first his favoured Democrat candidate gets shafted and Biden poison pills the Democratic nomination and now all of his attempts to stifle Chinese supercomputiong, dating back to Tianhe-1, are to no avail.
