tl:dr, cheapskate who didn't do the testing because it was expensive. Ignored repeated warnings including from his own suppliers.

Stockton Rush was a former engineer that got an MBA and went to work for McDonnell Douglas. By all accounts, this is what people from MDD (AKA New Boeing) do, so par for the course I guess.

So are Egypt, Ethiopia, and almost Argentina.
Egypt and Ethiopia accepted it and Argentina declined. there is no other official invitation or in between. and this Ethiopia was previously saved by UAE. . even Iran first or second largest trade partner is UAE depend how much they reveal. it is not like they are inviting people that are outside Arab circle

once upon time Mexico also had large Oil production. but its lack of soft power inhibit from creating Global Airline industry. you need one sided routes as much less population used to reside in desert.

Despite the political difficulties, Mexico became the world’s second largest producer of oil in the 1920s. Nevertheless, the foreign-owned oil companies were the object of much popular resentment. Since Mexico was an agrarian nation with only a tiny domestic market, these companies exported most of the oil they produced during the 1920s and very little of their profits remained Mexico. The situation was exacerbated during the 1930s, when the Mexican Government’s share of oil revenues declined and domestic oil production dropped due to the Great Depression and a glut in the global oil supply. These developments, combined with the fact that the large oil companies often paid their Mexican workers only half as much as other employees working in the same capacity, ultimately led to massive labor unrest.

Diarrhea writing. You cited a BRICS invite as evidence of Saudi Arabia's soft power. Well, that would have to apply to every country that was invited if it made any sense, which it does not.

Money = hard power

You need the actual reserves and technology to produce oil. Short of that, you need the the business acumen to get yourself invested in. All of these are hard power that Mexico does not have.

i am pointing out Saudi Unique status of neither accepting nor declining an official invite and still attending it.

Mexico had much higher education than people residing in desert who does not even a have a proper city. you still consistently ignoring the over helming evidence of Soft Power.

That requires just a simple ask, "Hey you invited me but I'm not sure yet. Can I check it out first?" What low standards you have for "soft power."
Mexico had much higher education than people residing in desert who does not even a have a proper city.
And they have much less oil reserves, hence oil is the hard power.

So is everyone else on this forum making fun of you. You're the only crazy person seeing ghosts everywhere; we ignore them because there is nothing.

I see. So apparently the 4 American victims had provoked a fight with a Taiichi practitioner. For using a supposedly "safe" Taiichi sword, that one Chinese guy was able to cause quite alot of damage. Looking at the two Americans on the ground, they were bleeding badly, like they have been stabbed by a proper blade. The American victims were not necessarily innocent, but there were also women among them. So, I dunno, this story looks quite bizarre.

they already attended Ministerial meeting in South Africa. so whats the point of keep checking it?

Mexico oil industry went down hill due incompetence and so does many other things. Mexico should have much higher standard of living and much less internal violence. Gulf Emirates wealth is not just Oil but that Trust and many other things.

People have there own biases as they read things without research and not have any interest in history. This Zelensky is a Jew and thats the reason he gets audience at last minute.

The victim's story is one person in their group accidentally bumped into the stabber which set him off. Kinda unlikely mid-age/old professors are out trying to pick fights with some other seniors.

What's the point of going on more than 1 date before marrying a lady??? What's the point of rejecting them if they want some more experience?
