lol. so hard power of oil gives Soft Power. So where is that Soft Power of Norway and Canada when they had large energy exports relative to population. there were many other countries who went through this period. even US has drastically increase its Oil/Gas production but its Soft Power has declined. Modern Europe is US construct backed by Gulf Arabs. it has nothing to do with Russia/China. and it is these Gulf Arabs that made assets competitively when Europe was still growing in population and wealth in previous decades. Now imagine how much Gulf Arabs will make when rest of Europe is getting poor and they dont have competition to buy every thing.
You need very special Royal Family culture that increase Wealth but still maintain Soft Powe over globe and yes they are the only one that can transform there Soft Power into Hard Power. I dont post in ukraine thread because than every thread will become about Gulf Arabs. They are diligently working on creating New Europe and make sure a new construct Eurabia is created where terms of integration of Europe with global south are defined by them.

Pretty much except it's not soft power; it's just extension of hard power. No such thing as soft power.
They produce much less oil than the middle east.
Oil is a very very small, negligible aspect of American hard power. American hard power mostly lies in its military and technological power. Both of those have declined in relation to China so losing its spot as an unchallengable superpower is what causes American influence, which some ignorant people call soft power, to decline. This decline as a follow up to its decline in hard power shows that it is actually extended hard power, not any kind of imaginary soft power.
First of all, everything you said is wrong. Europe and US were built on technological power. The oil of Gulf Arabs only made life easier but they would have been built all the same without it.
Secondly, even if what you say is true, it only amounts to an admission that everything is dependent on Arab money, which is gotten from oil. So... once again, all hard power, nothing soft.
Just saying it again doesn't make it true. I have demonstrated ad nauseum how hard power converts to cultural influence, which some confuse as soft power. But you can never demonstrate this "soft power" being converted to hard. Repeating is not demonstrating.
Because that's the limit of your "brain."
This is off topic. What they wish to make and what they have are not related. I wish them success because Europe should be stripped and turned penniless... I only fear that the Saudis cannot do it.
